• Significant proven experience in developing and managing a development program, including use of donor data to build strategies and set revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success in fund development from individuals, including major gifts.
• Knowledge of community-centered fundraising and engagement practices.

• Develop and implement an annual development strategy aligned with the organization's mission and fundraising goals.
• Translate organizational priorities into compelling fundraising opportunities and donor engagement strategies.
