• Lead and manage the Development Team across fundraising, grants, events, marketing, and donor relations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for donor relations and volunteer engagement.
• Oversee major gifts, capital campaigns, and grant-writing programs; collaborate with CEO on donor visits.
• Oversee donor database, reporting, and stewardship to ensure timely fundraising activities.
