Job summary

CRCI is a growing nonprofit seeking a Director of Development to lead donor relations, fundraising, marketing, and volunteer engagement programs, aligning with the organization’s strategic plan and revenue goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressively responsible leadership experience in fundraising, nonprofit advancement, or relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic planning, and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Development Team across fundraising, grant writing, relationship building, stewardship, events, marketing, community relations, and volunteer coordination.
• Expands CRCI’s fundraising culture and meets benefactor goals.
• Cultivates relationships with donors, CRCI’s executive team, Development Team associates, and stakeholders.
• Partners with the CEO and CRCI leadership to align fundraising goals and initiatives; accompanies the CEO on key donor visits.
