Qualifications

• Progressively responsible leadership experience in non-profit institutions, preferably in the performing or visual arts.
• Experience as frontline fundraiser, including major donors.

• Strong ties to the metropolitan New York philanthropic and business communities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive development plan.
• Lead donor cultivation, major gifts, annual campaigns, and governance fundraising efforts.
