Aquent is seeking a proactive Store Development Coordinator to join the team responsible for executing store openings, remodels, relocations, and fixture rollouts. You will coordinate design, construction, and real estate efforts across multiple brands to ensure timely, high-quality retail experiences.

Ideal candidates will bring strong organization, communication, and Excel skills, with a genuine interest in retail environments and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, administrative coordination, retail operations, or design/construction support.
• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, updates, and approvals across a high volume of store projects.
• Maintain and organize critical project documentation, including floor plans and design files.
• Support permit and approval processes by coordinating documents with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for leadership reviews with clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor construction progress and flag delays or risks, proposing solutions.
• Coordinate communication across Design, Construction, and Real Estate teams.
