Job summary

Wake Forest University’s School of Business Development team seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising, alumni engagement, and prospect management. The role analyzes portfolios, tracks next steps with top prospects, and provides administrative support to leadership and the office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the School of Business Board of Visitors meetings.
  • Manage acknowledgement letters, proposals, and fund agreements.
  • Prepare executive-style briefings for leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and team.
  • Coordinate campus visits and alumni donor events.
  • Collaborate with the Dean’s office on development activities.
  • Ensure prospect portfolios are actively managed across regions.
