Job Summary: Great Lakes Science Center seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Development Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Development Department. This position will assist with gift processing, donor and prospect data entry, CRM database maintenance, fundraising reporting, donor communications, and the planning and execution of Development events.
Working closely with the Development team, the Development Coordinator will help ensure that gifts are processed accurately and promptly, donor records are maintained with the highest level of integrity, and the department's fundraising and engagement activities are well organized and effectively executed.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an interest in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy. Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends.
Position Type: Full-time; non-exempt
Salary: $42,000-$48,000
