BGCCVA in Charlottesville seeks a Development Coordinator to maintain the donor database, record gifts, and support moves management within the annual giving program. The Development Coordinator maintains the organization’s donation database and supports resource development administrative tasks, stewardship, special events, and volunteer engagement. As an integral part of the resource development team, the Development Coordinator’s responsibilities facilitate moves management among the organization’s donor base. The Development Coordinator’s role is extremely detail-oriented and manages daily administrative tasks that ultimately influence donor trust, confidence, and compliance. The Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Annual Giving.
