Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, communications, or development experience.
• Proven success securing foundation, corporate, and government grants.
• Track record of developing and implementing fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship strategies.
• Experience managing multiple funding sources and complex grant compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fund development plan aligned with goals and priorities.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with individual donors, major gifts, corporate sponsors, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support growth and sustainability.
• Manage annual giving campaigns, donor appeals, major gifts, and donor recognition programs.
• Oversee donor database management, reporting, gift processing, and tracking.
• Lead all grant development activities including research, writing, submissions, and compliance.
• Prepare grant-related reports and manage grant calendars and compliance.
• Collaborate with program, finance, housing development, and management staff to gather data for competitive applications.
• Oversee communications strategy and public relations efforts to support fundraising and brand awareness.
