Job summary

The Union for Reform Judaism’s Eisner & Crane Lake Camps is seeking a Development Associate to inspire philanthropic support, manage campaigns, and strengthen donor relationships that sustain camp programs and future growth.

This full-time, benefits-eligible role is remote with some in-person meetings and in-residence at camp during the season. You will report to the Development Director and collaborate with the team to create compelling donor experiences and stewardship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, development, donor or alumni engagement, communications, community engagement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual giving and donor engagement through campaigns and events.
• Coordinate fundraising communications across email, mail, digital channels, and donor touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate donor and gift information, calendars, lists, and reports.
• Support donor visits, gatherings, and in-person engagement opportunities at camp during the summer and beyond.
