Job summary

The JCC Association of North America is seeking a full-time Development Associate to support its fundraising strategies at the Edlavitch DCJCC. This role requires strong fundraising experience, preferably with CRM knowledge in Salesforce NPSP. The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package. This role supports both remote and in-person work, with a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment as we celebrate our Centennial anniversary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support executive staff in implementing annual giving plans.
• Manage fundraising database and generate reports.
• Oversee planning of stewardship events and meetings.
