Job summary

OKO Group LLC in Miami, FL seeks an Associate - Development to support the development process from concept through delivery on luxury residential and mixed-use projects across South Florida.

You will assist in site acquisition, due diligence, design, financing, and construction, coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulators, and help prepare financial analyses, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–3 years real estate development or related experience; 1+ year internship considered.

Responsibilities

• Project Assistance: support development lifecycle from site acquisition through delivery.
• Market Research: conduct market analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Financial Analysis: assist in preparing financial models and budgets.
• Documentation: prepare project documentation and schedules.
• Coordination: collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Regulatory Compliance: assist with zoning and permitting processes.
• Site Visits: participate in site visits and project meetings.
• Research and Reporting: compile findings and create reports for decision-making.
• All other duties assigned by management.
