You will work on multifamily development projects, handling entitlements, permitting, and risk analysis with a project budget of approximately $70 million. The role offers a hybrid working environment with collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field, possess relevant experience, and have knowledge of zoning codes and environmental issues. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of related experience and understanding of entitlement and due diligence process are required.
• Knowledge of zoning codes, municipal processes, and real estate terminology is necessary.
• Understanding of environmental issues including wetlands and floodplains.

Responsibilities

• Complete all due diligence required to move a project from development into construction.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, work within the project proforma.
• Lead entitlement and permitting activities for new multi-family developments.
• Work directly with local officials, community partners, landowners, and legal representatives.
