Continental Properties Company, Inc. is seeking a passionate Acquisitions Associate to join our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will support land acquisition and development for multi-family projects, report to the Vice President of Acquisitions, and help source deals with analytical and research support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business required.
• 1 year of experience underwriting and analyzing real estate deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identification of off-market opportunities and develop relationships with landowners.
• Maintain pipeline and assist in creating project sourcing strategies.
• Travel to target markets for site selection trips and build Continental's presence.
• Conduct outreach with municipalities to gauge support for rental housing.
• Assist in underwriting through closing processes for developments.
• Maintain market knowledge on rents, costs, and supply/demand trends.
• Prepare LOIs and related transaction paperwork.
