Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate team meetings, calendars, travel for senior leadership, and day-to-day support for the fundraising team.
• Project Coordination & Constituent Engagement: Support projects and coordinate meetings with donors, prospects, volunteers, and campus colleagues.
• Organization & Process Improvement: Maintain workflows, follow processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the Advancement Office.
