Partnership Schools in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Development Associate to join our growing fundraising team. You will help plan donor events, identify new prospects, and support the execution of cultivation and stewardship strategies across our urban Catholic schools.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, donor reporting, and content creation for donor communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with relevant internship/experience.
  • Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with donor events, school tours, and donor gatherings.
  • Develop and implement strategies for donor identification and stewardship.
  • Research potential individual, foundation, and corporate prospects.
  • Support Development team with briefings, materials, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Visit schools to capture photos/videos for donor communications.
  • Manage a small donor portfolio as experience grows.
  • Perform other development duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Assist Executive Director with donor meetings scheduling and travel.
