Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years experience in nonprofit fundraising
• Proven experience with CRM systems including Bloomerang
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record Maintenance: enter gifts, pledges, donor info with accuracy
• Donor Acknowledgment & Stewardship: prepare timely, personalized communications
• Annual Gala & Special Events: support planning, guest data, on-site logistics
• Administrative & Project Support: prepare materials, coordinate donor mailings
• Calendar & Team Support: schedule donor meetings and prep spaces
• Communication and External Mailings: create reports and support mailings
• Other Fundraising Activities: assist with capital campaigns and other duties
