The New York Philharmonic seeks a Development Associate to join its Individual Giving team. This role supports the Patron Program (donors) and the Young New Yorkers Program, helping cultivate, solicit, steward, and engage members while advancing fundraising goals.

The position regularly interacts with donors, internal stakeholders, and hospitality partners, including occasional evening and weekend commitments associated with performances, Patron Lounge coverage, and special events.
