Granite VNA, Inc. is seeking a Development Associate to oversee fundraising activities and donor relations in Concord, NH, with outreach to Laconia and Wolfeboro.

The role reports to the Director of Donor Relations and focuses on growing financial resources for the agency. The position involves coordinating fundraising events, cultivating corporate sponsorships, and representing the agency at public events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of work experience in development and fundraising, or non-profit healthcare preferred.
• Event planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fundraising activities and donor relations.
• Plan and execute agency fundraising events to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate corporate partnerships and engage community partners.
• Develop and sustain relationships across Concord, Laconia and Wolfeboro.
• Represent the agency at community events and public settings.
• Track impact of donor cultivation and solicitations to meet targets.
• Coordinate with communications on event promotion.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and programs.
