Job summary

Job Description:
  • Manages donor intake calls, providing information and assistance to potential donors.
  • Greets and assists visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Represents the organization in communications, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provides administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Manages calendar and expenses, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Collaborates with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
  • Handles mail and office supplies, ensuring timely distribution and inventory management.
  • Coordinates special projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion.
  • Creates visual presentations, utilizing design software to convey information effectively.
  • Manages onboarding tasks, ensuring new team members are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Assists with department projects, providing support and contributing to successful outcomes.
  • Maintains board and committee records, ensuring accurate documentation and accessibility.
  • Works with the Annual Fund Manager to develop and deploy Team Member Giving initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
