Job summary

Oxford Properties Group in New York is seeking a full-time Analyst or Associate to join its Asset Management team. You will work with senior members to drive performance across a diversified US portfolio, covering business planning, budgeting, valuation, leasing, and capital decisions.

You will collaborate with leasing, development, construction, finance, and external partners to maximize investment returns and manage asset-level performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in CRE asset management, acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, development, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for real estate cash flows and valuations.
• Strong CRE fundamentals, including NOI, cap rates, leasing economics, debt structures, IRR, and equity multiples.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior decision-makers.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Proactive, motivated, and accountable with increasing independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset-level strategies and annual business plans to enhance operating performance and long-term value.
• Own asset-level reporting, budgeting variance analysis, KPI tracking, cash flow forecasting, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Coordinate inputs from leasing, property management, development, construction, finance, and partners for budgeting and planning.
• Build and review detailed financial models including cash flows, valuations, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance and make recommendations on leasing, expenses, capex, financing, and valuation.
• Evaluate proposals using return and risk analysis and communicate findings to senior team members.
• Prepare concise materials for asset reviews, planning discussions, and investment committee.
• Participate in property tours, operating reviews, and partner meetings; document decisions and follow through.
• Conduct due diligence including property financials, rent rolls, and market data.
