Our paid internship offers students the opportunity to learn and be mentored in the real estate development industry. As a Development Analyst Intern, you will complete various tasks and projects related to the execution of development strategy by assisting in all facets and activities related to new development projects.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in related fields.
• Junior standing or higher.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with officials, consultants and community groups.
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated; able to work solo or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market diligence and feasibility assessment.
• Support entitlement processes including zoning and permits.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and programing.
• Prepare documentation for lenders and equity partners.
• Support cross-functional team with timely updates.
• Contribute to hands-on execution of development projects.
• Coordinate with Acquisitions & Development team on commitments.
