Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Development Intern to assist Development Managers during project delivery. You’ll help with punch-list review, FF&E coordination, unit setup, and move-ins, while supporting design and construction professionals and managing day-to-day project tasks.

Part-time hours in April–May, then full-time through Summer 2027, with potential extension through Summer 2028. This role favors proactive, organized thinkers who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and close-out activities.
• Coordinate punch-list, FF&E delivery, and setup between teams.
• Support contract review and meetings with vendors and designers.
• Track budgets, schedules, and change analysis as needed.
• Travel occasionally and support management when required.
