Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s in Real Estate Development preferred.
  • Interest in real estate development and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
  • Highly developed project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Desire to contribute to affordable housing development.

Responsibilities

  • Review weekly development financial information, budgets, and cash forecasts.
  • Analyze General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, rent rolls, and other reports.
  • Coordinate meetings for assigned deals with internal and external parties.
  • Manage shared file systems, uploading documents with proper naming.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track invoicing across developments.
  • Compile construction draws for senior staff review.
  • Assist in affordable housing acquisition, rehabilitation, and development (Section 8, LIHTC).
  • Support debt and equity financing documentation and project timelines.
  • Travel to subject properties as directed by senior staff.
  • Coordinate with team analysts and support staff on project needs.
