Holland is seeking a collaborative and eager multi-family real estate development professional to join our dedicated Northern California team in Oakland, California. The Development Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting on key metrics, conducting market research and the financial analysis of projects in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
Experience: Six months experience in real estate, finance, development or related field required.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
