University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a Development Coordinator for the School of Nursing to support major gift fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include CRM data input, calendaring, travel scheduling, and reimbursements, while collaborating with Development Officers to advance programs.

The role emphasizes project management, organization, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions not allowed.
• 1-2 years of fundraising or related experience preferred.
• Occasional events require evenings and weekends - up to three times a year

• Support development efforts for assigned areas in securing major gifts.
• Perform administrative duties: CRM input and management, calendaring, travel scheduling, reimbursements.
• Collaborate with Development Officers and university personnel.
• Proactively plan initiatives and manage multiple tasks.
