The role emphasizes accurate coding of invoices, balancing to the general ledger, and working with intercompany and budget reconciliation tasks within a development context.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports for development companies internally and for external partners.
• Perform analytical and accounting studies as assigned.
• Assist in proper coding of invoices to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts.
• Assist in proper coding of invoices including analysis and reconciliation to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts.
• Track costs against Investment Committee approved budgets.
• Reconcile costs on Development Project Cost System to the general ledger.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and work with Transaction Services to clear reconciling items.

• Assists in the proper coding of invoices to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts
• Assists in the proper coding of invoices, including analysis and reconciliation to ensure expenditures are reflected in the correct general ledger accounts
• Tracks costs against Investment Committee approved budgets
• Reconciles costs on Development Project Cost System to general ledger
• Reconciles intercompany balances and transactions
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations. Works with Transaction Services to clear all reconciling items on a timely basis
