Job Overview

We are seeking a Developer Support Engineer to handle inbound technical support requests related to the Q2 SDK Solution. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, customer focus, and experience with ticket-based support, application troubleshooting, and SQL. Familiarity with full stack applications is essential.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including code defects, configurations, networking, and system operations.
  • Lead knowledge acquisition efforts for the SDK support teams and collaborate with development teams to improve supportability.
  • Modify software and scripts, review logs, and adjust database tables to resolve issues in production.
  • Communicate with customers regularly via phone, email, or CRM tools about ongoing issues.
  • Manage caseloads, improve team efficiencies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document defects and report to the development team, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies.
  • Foster cross-department collaboration and share best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of full-stack application support experience.
  • Experience with enterprise software support, Windows/Linux server administration, and web servers.
  • Preferred experience with Python, MS SQL, cloud/container infrastructure, and knowledge of banking industry practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours for on-call support.

This position requires fluent English communication. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
