Job summary

AgentMail is seeking a technical support engineer who bridges developers and the product team. You will debug API requests, webhooks, and integrations, reproducing issues to identify root causes.

You will resolve the majority of issues independently without escalating to another engineer, and you will surface patterns across APIs, docs, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in technical support or developer experience.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and inspecting requests.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal instincts.

• Own the front line between developers using AgentMail and the team building it.
• Solve technical problems independently and understand what developers are trying to do.

What You'll Do:

• Debug API requests, webhooks, and integrations, reproducing issues to determine root causes.
• Resolve the large majority of issues independently without needing to pull in another engineer.
• Surface recurring patterns and inconsistencies across APIs, docs, and developer experience.

Who You Are:

• 2-6 years in technical support, developer experience, solutions engineering, or engineering.
• Comfortable reading API documentation, inspecting requests, and writing code to investigate issues.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal instincts.

What This Role Isn't:

• Not traditional customer success or account management with endless check-in calls.
• You'll be expected to deeply understand the product and turn customer signal into product improvements.
