Job summary

Venn is seeking a product manager to own the developer-market strategy. You will lead discovery with developers, engineering leaders, and security teams, defining buyers and pricing models, and shaping a GTM motion for a new buyer segment.

You’ll own outcomes, not just the roadmap, supported by a strong product and engineering team. With a hands-on developer background and experience at developer-focused companies, you’ll drive adoption metrics and build a differentiated product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with 0-to-1 or early-market experience.
• Experience at a developer-focused company where developers are buyers.
• Hands-on developer background; comfortable in terminal, Git, Windows/Mac/Linux.
• Genuine empathy for the developer persona and low-friction, high-value tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the developer market and define who we’re building for.
• Lead market and customer discovery with developers, engineering leaders, and security teams.
• Test hypotheses around buyers, pricing, and packaging; iterate quickly.
• Build and drive the roadmap; translate customer insight into backlog priorities.
• Partner with sales and leadership to shape GTM: positioning and pricing.
• Define success metrics and track signals to prove market fit.
