Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, Python desirable.
• Public body of technical work we can read (repos, posts, docs, talks, videos).
• Experience with LLMs and agents and opinions on production issues.

Responsibilities

• Create reference implementations and production-ready examples for MCP servers and agentic workflows.
• Teach developers through demos, posts, talks, and videos.
• Own video content strategy from scripting to publish and measure impact.
• Improve DX by being first user and filing issues or docs PR.
• Represent Prefect in conferences, livestreams, and community events.
• Capture feedback from the field to guide product direction.
