Job summary

Storyblok, the headless CMS, is seeking a Developer Relations Advocate to engage external developers, partners and customers with samples, debugging help, and direct support. You will create tutorials, write documentation, deliver product demos, and monitor communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn and Dev.to to surface new content ideas.

This fully remote role offers flexible schedules, a strong focus on work-life balance, and opportunities to influence Storyblok’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in web development.
Experience with CMS in general; Headless CMS is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus.
Proficiency with at least one modern JS framework (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or events.
Excellent English communication and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Become a Storyblok authority for developers, partners, and customers.
Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, attend webinars, and give product demos.
Write sample applications and code to showcase Storyblok capabilities.
Identify missing features and issues in APIs/SDKs and contribute fixes.
Monitor and engage with the developer community across platforms.
