Job summary
Sierra, based in San Francisco with growing North American offices, is seeking an Agent Software Engineer to onboard customers to our Agent SDK and Agent Studio. You will lead developer training, produce scalable content, and build AI Agents while collaborating with marketing on success stories.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical software roles, strong communication, and a passion for growing an in-person global AI Agents community.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on software development or developer relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and training delivery.
- Desire to build and grow an in-person, global AI Agents community.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development, SDKs and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Write onboarding playbooks for customers on Sierra Agent SDK and Agent Studio.
- Lead creation and execution of developer training and enablement programs.
- Create scalable content: technical docs, videos, onboarding paths, sample repos.
- Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer.
- Collaborate with marketing to publish developer case studies and success stories.
