Job summary

Idme is searching for a Developer Marketing Manager in Mountain View, CA. This role requires owning how developers discover, learn, and integrate with ID.me’s identity platform, including managing technical content and driving developer engagement.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years in developer marketing or relations, with strong technical writing skills and experience in managing or contributing to a developer portal.

The position comes with a competitive salary range from $155,471 to $190,000 and numerous benefits, including comprehensive health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer marketing, technical product marketing, or developer relations at a company shipping API or platform products.
• Technical background — CS or engineering degree, prior engineering or DevRel experience, or a clear portfolio of technical content you’ve shipped.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a developer portal or technical content program.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing for developers.id.me and technical documentation experience.
• Write and ship technical content, including quickstarts and API reference improvements.
• Drive qualified developer traffic through community engagement and programs.
