Job summary

ID.me is hiring a Developer Marketing Manager to own how developers and technical evaluators discover, learn, and integrate with ID.me’s identity platform. You’ll lead the marketing for developers.id.me and docs.id.me—turning ID.me from a service into a configurable platform.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and DevRel to ship content that turns evaluators into integrators, manage the Developer Portal, and drive developer funnel growth through campaigns and programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer marketing or related roles.
• Technical background with CS or engineering degree.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to ship developer content.
• Experience with modern stacks and Git.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing for developers.id.me and docs.id.me — IA, content roadmap, page builds, and ongoing maintenance in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Write and ship technical content: quickstarts, integration guides, API reference improvements, sample apps, and code snippets for the modular API suite (Face API, Age Verification, White-Label, Green-Label).
• Build hands-on enablement: tutorials, video walkthroughs, sandbox demos, and reference architectures for common identity workflows (OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, Enterprise SSO).
• Drive qualified developer traffic to developers.id.me through community engagement, partnerships, and developer-facing programs.
