Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience building high-quality software with focus on reliability and developer ergonomics.
• Ability to own products end-to-end from underlying infra to engagement metrics.
• Languages: Go, C++, Python, or TypeScript; experience building libraries, frameworks, APIs.
• Passion for code quality and raising the quality bar across teams.
• Drive and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve core libraries, frameworks, and tools used by engineers daily.
• Improve developer infra speed and reliability, including Bazel and Buildkite CI/CD.
• Collaborate with all engineering teams to enhance code quality, testability, and release processes.
• Own areas of expertise and influence product decisions from day one.
• Establish best practices and standards to provide a clear development path.
