Qualifications

• Full-stack depth with focus on product quality.
• Genuine understanding of developer workflows and tooling.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and React in production environments.
• Independent product judgment without heavy process requirements.
• Attention to UX details and design quality across surfaces.
• Experience building developer tools, IDEs, or technical products.
• Frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools background.
• Degree from a top-tier university in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from code to developer-facing conversations.
• Build performant, beautiful experiences across IDE, web, and CLI surfaces.
• Define interaction patterns for how developers work with AI agents.
• Work directly on Devin and core agent infrastructure including the agent loop and tool use.
• Solve hard engineering problems without handoffs; push through barriers.
• Ship across IDE, web, and CLI products while maintaining high quality.
