Job summary

Thales Group in Austin is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging and GTM for the CipherTrust Data Security Platform. You will craft a developer-first narrative, build sales and lead-gen tools, and collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to differentiate our data security solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a product marketing manager for cybersecurity products.
• Technical aptitude and experience building and communicating data security products to a data security audience.
• Strong understanding of developer and partner ecosystems audiences and their motivations.
• Excellent communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts.
• Experience designing sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, product interviews, market research, and your own experience.
• Knowledge of running developer and digital and in-person integrated marketing campaigns.
• Able to coordinate across many teams, iterate, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to use LLMs to products to deliver good quality work, fast.

Responsibilities

• Define the messaging, positioning, content, and go-to-market strategy to enable successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Develop a “developer-first” narrative for products by understanding ecosystem needs and messaging, market trends, and competition.
• Develop the sales tools and lead generation tools that support the selling process of Thales CipherTrust Platform products.
• Work with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to analyze competitive strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators.
• Build the go-to-market plan and launch marketing programs with field and channel marketing managers and sales.
• Support sales team in sales discussions with prospects and customers.
