Job summary

Lead Bank is seeking a Senior Developer Experience Lead to own developer documentation and partner communications for platform changes. You will shape every touchpoint developers encounter as they build on Lead, owning roadmap, standards, and the evolution of docs as a product.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure timely, clear, and consistent changes, deprecations, and notices across the documentation ecosystem, while driving a scalable approach to developer education and

Qualifications

6+ years across developer experience, developer education, technical writing, developer-facing product marketing, or related disciplines.
Exceptional written communication with clarity and usability, especially about production changes.
Experience reading API specs and reasoning about object models.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of docs.lead.bank.
Treat documentation as a product with usability and information architecture improvements.
Develop and maintain standards, style guides, and editorial processes (API Style Guide).
Measure documentation using analytics and feedback; iterate based on findings.
Own partner-facing communication for platform changes and maintain the Changelog and Upcoming Changes page.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship docs alongside releases.
