Job summary

Beacon Management Services is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities under declarant/developer control in the Sandy Springs/North Atlanta area.

The ideal candidate has proven CAM experience with developer relations, strong communication, budgeting, and vendor management skills. This role involves collaboration with developers, boards, homeowners, and vendors and may require travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of community associations.
• Experience with developers, declarants, builders, or new construction communities preferred.
• Strong understanding of HOA operations, budgets, vendor management, and community standards.
• Georgia CAM licensing/certification or ability to obtain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of HOA communities under declarant/developer control.
• Serve as primary contact for developers, builders, vendors, homeowners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: inspections, maintenance, vendor coordination, homeowner communications, compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors; ensure services are completed properly.
• Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, monitoring expenditures.
• Travel to communities in the Metro Atlanta area as needed.
