Associated Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a Community Manager – Developer Services to manage a portfolio of developer-controlled communities. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with governing documents and guiding communities from development to homeowner control.

This role includes interacting with homeowners, preparing reports, and working closely with developers and boards. Strong experience in HOA or association management is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Developer Communities, HOAs, or knowledge of Governing Documents.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities.
• Strong public speaking and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of developer-controlled communities.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and statutes.
• Prepare and present Developer Status Reports.
• Review and analyze monthly management/financial reports.
