Job summary

Jobot in Harper Woods, MI, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead diverse residential and commercial builds. You will oversee initiation through completion, develop schedules and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.

You will manage on-site activities, conduct regular meetings, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while delivering within time and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
• OSHA certification preferred.
