Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Developer Advocate to attract, engage, and enable a thriving developer ecosystem. You will generate content across blogs, videos, code samples, and workshops while helping scale the Developer Advocate team’s content production.

You will plan and execute developer experiences like hackathons and meetups, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of ServiceNow for developers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Developer Advocate or Developer Relations team member or related experience supporting Developer success.
• 6+ years as a Developer or Engineer across cloud software development, PaaS, SaaS.
• Experience speaking at tech conferences, blogging, video, and writing technical articles.

Responsibilities

• Attract and enable a thriving ecosystem through proactive direct engagement.
• Create content (blogs, videos, code samples, workshops, webinars) to build developer awareness.
• Support production needs of the Developer Advocate team and scale content creation.
• Plan and execute developer experiences like hackathons, workshops, and meetups.
• Help build events and meetups to drive community collaboration.
• Demonstrate how developers benefit from building on ServiceNow.
