Qualifications

Public speaking and conference/meetup experience.
Experience supporting open source projects and developer communities.
Ability to build technology demos and developer examples.
Solid software development background and capacity to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

Become an authority on the InfluxDB platform, open source and commercial.
Help developers get started on InfluxDB and build their own solutions.
Establish a social media presence that represents InfluxData.
Encourage InfluxDB adoption through blogs, videos, and content you create.
Be an active voice in Influx Community groups and Slack discussions.
Showcase InfluxData through talks at conferences, meetups, and online events.
Build and deliver technical training workshops on Influx software.
Support and empower our user community and reduce onboarding friction through code samples and engagement.
Influence product strategy as the developer’s advocate inside the company.
Build relationships with technical experts and communities around other projects.
