Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Developer Advocate to bridge the gap between developers and our technical platform. You will drive community engagement, enable developers to adopt and build with the product, and represent the organization at events.

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Advocate to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a key bridge between the developer community and the company's technical platform, helping users understand, adopt, and build with the product. The ideal candidate will combine technical credibility, public speaking, and content creation skills to drive community engagement and developer enablement. This position will also represent the organization at events, foster meaningful conversations with developers, and create resources that support product adoption and long-term community growth.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
