Ladders is seeking a Developer Advocate to bridge the gap between developers and our technical platform. You will drive community engagement, enable developers to adopt and build with the product, and represent the organization at events.

The role requires strong public speaking, content creation, and a passion for open source communities. Remote work is offered with opportunities to speak at conferences and run training workshops.

Qualifications

• Public speaking experience at conferences or meetups.
• 2+ years supporting open source projects or developer communities.
• Experience building technology demos for developers.
• Proficient in software development and able to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Become an authority on the company's platform.
• Help developers get started and build solutions on the platform.
• Establish and maintain a social media presence for the organization.
• Create engaging content to encourage product adoption.
• Participate actively in community discussions.
