Job summary

ESC Partners is seeking an Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Developer to work on transformative utility projects across North America. You will collaborate within a dynamic consulting team to implement innovative Oracle Utilities programs.

We’re hiring an Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Developer to support and deliver innovative utility transformation projects for clients across North America. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact Oracle Utilities programs with a collaborative, fast-paced consulting team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Experience with configurations, customizations, integrations, algorithms, business objects, service scripts, BPA scripts, UI Maps, and web services
• End-to-end implementation and production support experience
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, upgrades, and stabilization activities
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and client‑facing communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a consulting environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Oracle Utilities integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Groovy scripting, SQL/PLSQL, Meter to Cash processes, and utility customer operations is highly preferred
