Job summary

A leading digital engineering firm is hiring an Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 10 years of experience in Oracle solutions. The role involves configuring the CC&B package, developing functional documents, and integrating systems. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge in CC&B, MDM, and Meter-to-Cash processes, and will work remotely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle Utilities solutions.
• Strong product knowledge of CC&B, C2M, MDM including design and configuration.
• Ability to capture configurations and assist testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional design documents for project requirements.

• Design forms, workflows, and integrate with systems.

Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant (CC&B, C2M, MDM)

We’re hiring a Oracle Utilities (CC&B) Techno Functional Consultant

Contract | Location: Remote

• Overall 10+ years of experience in implementing / supporting for Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, etc) solutions
• Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core MDM, WAM, NMS etc.
• Good understanding of Oracle CC&B and MDM data model.
• Experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B, C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB, MCP) including design, development, configuration, and enhancements.
• Good understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing.
• Ability to develop functional design documents from the functional specification documents and configure the CC&B package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
• Ability to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers
• Ability to design the forms, workflows and portlets, integration with the required systems
• Ability to assist the testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
