Job Description

Overview Verilogue’s Application Development (AppDev) Department provides the company and its clients with a reliable, scalable and secure technology infrastructure that maximizes operational efficiencies and produces rich and rewarding user experiences. Verilogue is seeking a developer to support the delivery of technology solutions for the company and its clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and gather and document functional and technical design specifications
• Develop innovative public and internal-facing applications and services using various technologies and frameworks

Key Competencies

• Solid understanding of web and mobile application architectures, including the Model, View, Controller design principle
• Proficiency in database design principles as well as SQL skills
• Experience with iOS and Android development
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with network and server administration is a plus
• Experience with embedded multimedia and multimedia processing is a plus
• Experience with hybrid mobile development is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills
