Position Overview

A Senior Account Executive (AE) at Orange Barrel Media + IKE Smart City acts as the primary liaison with advertising partners, forging relationships, crafting proposals, and closing deals to grow our portfolio. This role blends sales skills with client understanding to manage and expand accounts, contributing to innovative urban advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and prospect new clients, proposing targeted marketing leads based on needs
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
  • Target industries for advertising buys
  • Prepare and present proposals and agreements
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Maintain excellent external and internal relationships
  • Review space availability and follow up with proposals
  • Identify new business leads and trends
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 annually plus commissions. OBM offers competitive compensation, benefits, 401k match, and expense accounts.
